Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Events beyond our control

Once an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence so we can assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
